Last updated: August 23, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SiteSEOAudit, including the website at siteseoaudit.com, user accounts, SEO auditing tools, reports, paid access passes, and related functionality.
SiteSEOAudit is operated by Sergiy Kravchuk, an individual based in Ukraine.
By accessing or using SiteSEOAudit, creating an account, submitting a website for analysis, or purchasing a paid product, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use SiteSEOAudit.

Features may include:
- URL and website crawling;
- technical SEO checks;
- on-page SEO analysis;
- website health scoring;
- issue prioritization;
- Fix Queue recommendations;
- audit evidence;
- Fix Sprint workflows;
- site scans;
- re-scans;
- before-and-after comparisons;
- report history;
- template-level issue detection;
- public reports;
- developer handoff features;
- other website optimization tools.
Available features and usage limits depend on the access level or product selected.
SiteSEOAudit may add, modify, improve, replace, or discontinue features as the platform develops.
2. Automated SEO Analysis
SiteSEOAudit reports are generated using automated software, technical rules, website data, and analysis logic.
Although we aim to provide useful and accurate information, SiteSEOAudit does not guarantee that:
- every SEO issue will be detected;
- every detected issue is necessarily harmful;
- every recommendation applies to every website;
- every recommendation should be implemented without review;
- search engines will interpret a website in the same way as SiteSEOAudit;
- implementing recommendations will improve search rankings;
- implementing recommendations will increase traffic or revenue;
- audit results will always be complete or error-free.
Search engines, websites, technologies, ranking systems, and technical standards change frequently.
You are responsible for reviewing recommendations and deciding whether and how to implement them.
3. Permission to Audit Websites
By submitting a URL or website to SiteSEOAudit, you represent that:
- you own the website; or
- you manage the website; or
- you are authorized to analyze the website; or
- you otherwise have a lawful basis to request the analysis.
SiteSEOAudit is intended to analyze publicly accessible website information and technical signals.
You must not use SiteSEOAudit to:
- gain unauthorized access to systems;
- bypass authentication or security controls;
- access private or restricted data without permission;
- intentionally disrupt another website;
- perform unauthorized vulnerability testing;
- distribute malicious code;
- engage in illegal or abusive activity.
4. User Accounts
Some SiteSEOAudit functionality requires a user account.
When creating or using an account, you agree to:
- provide accurate information;
- maintain the security of your login credentials;
- keep your password confidential;
- promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access;
- take responsibility for activity performed through your account.
You must not knowingly allow another person to use your account in a way that violates these Terms or the conditions of your access pass.
We may implement reasonable technical restrictions to protect accounts, prevent abuse, and enforce product limits.
5. Free Access
SiteSEOAudit may provide free audits and free account functionality.
The Free level may include limits relating to:
- number of URL audits;
- report history;
- project availability;
- site scanning;
- crawl capacity;
- re-scans;
- advanced features.
Current limits are displayed on the SiteSEOAudit website or in the user account.
We may reasonably modify free usage limits as the platform develops.
Providing a free service does not create an obligation to provide the same free functionality indefinitely.
6. Paid Access Passes
SiteSEOAudit currently offers paid access as one-time purchases rather than automatically renewing subscriptions.
Paid products may include:
Start Pass
The Start Pass provides access to the features and usage limits displayed on the SiteSEOAudit pricing page for 30 days from activation.
PRO Pass
The PRO Pass provides access to the features and usage limits displayed on the SiteSEOAudit pricing page for 30 days from activation.
The exact features, limits, and price applicable to your purchase are shown before checkout.
7. No Automatic Renewal
Start and PRO are currently sold as one-time 30-day access passes.
Purchasing a paid SiteSEOAudit pass does not create an automatically renewing subscription.
This means:
- your payment is charged once;
- your access period lasts 30 days;
- you are not automatically charged again when the access period ends;
- there is no automatic renewal;
- there is no recurring billing obligation.
If you want continued paid access after your access period ends, you may purchase another access pass.
If SiteSEOAudit introduces subscription products in the future, any recurring billing terms will be clearly presented before purchase and will require a separate agreement or checkout selection.
8. Access Period
A paid access pass is normally activated after SiteSEOAudit receives reliable confirmation of a successful payment from the payment provider.
The access period is calculated from the activation time recorded by SiteSEOAudit.
Unless otherwise stated before purchase:
Start Pass — 30 days
PRO Pass — 30 days
When the access period expires, your account may return to the Free level.
Your account itself and eligible saved data do not necessarily disappear when paid access expires.
9. Re-Purchasing Access
You may purchase another paid access pass when you need additional access.
If SiteSEOAudit allows a pass to be extended before the current period expires, the applicable additional access period may be added to your existing access.
Where a user changes from one paid access level to another, SiteSEOAudit may apply the new product according to the upgrade rules displayed or implemented at the time of purchase.
No automatic purchase occurs without your action.
10. Usage Limits
Paid access passes may include usage limits such as:
- number of deep URL audits;
- number of Projects;
- number of Site Scans;
- maximum URLs per Site Scan;
- crawl URL allowance;
- report history;
- advanced reporting features.
Usage limits are associated with the purchased access pass and may apply during the relevant 30-day access period.
Current limits are shown on the pricing page and/or in the user account.
Attempting to circumvent technical usage limits, create abusive automated traffic, or manipulate account restrictions may result in suspension.
11. Pricing
Prices are displayed before purchase.
Current standard pricing may include:
- Start Pass — USD $9 one-time
- PRO Pass — USD $29 one-time
The final checkout price shown by Paddle may include applicable taxes based on the customer's location.
We may change prices for future purchases.
A price change does not retroactively change a transaction that has already been completed.
12. Paddle and Payment Processing
Payments for SiteSEOAudit paid products may be processed through Paddle.
For transactions processed through Paddle, Paddle acts as Merchant of Record and reseller for the transaction.
Paddle is responsible for payment-related functions that may include:
- processing the customer payment;
- calculating and collecting applicable VAT, sales tax, GST, or other indirect taxes;
- issuing transaction documentation or invoices;
- supporting payment methods;
- fraud prevention;
- processing approved refunds;
- handling payment disputes and chargebacks.
The amount charged to the customer is shown in Paddle Checkout before the purchase is completed.
Your transaction with Paddle may also be subject to Paddle's applicable buyer terms and privacy notice.
SiteSEOAudit remains responsible for providing the SiteSEOAudit digital product and product-related support.
13. Payment Methods
Available payment methods are determined by Paddle and may vary based on:
- customer location;
- device;
- browser;
- currency;
- transaction characteristics.
Available methods may include payment cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other supported local payment methods.
SiteSEOAudit does not control which payment methods Paddle displays to an individual customer.
14. Payment Confirmation
Access to a paid SiteSEOAudit product is activated only after the transaction has been successfully confirmed through the payment system.
A checkout success screen or browser redirect alone does not necessarily constitute final payment confirmation.
SiteSEOAudit may rely on verified server-to-server payment notifications to confirm a transaction before activating paid access.
This protects both customers and SiteSEOAudit against incomplete, cancelled, duplicated, or fraudulent transactions.
15. Refunds
Refunds are governed by the SiteSEOAudit Refund Policy, applicable consumer law, and Paddle's payment processing procedures.
A refund may be considered in situations including:
- duplicate charges;
- incorrect charges;
- a paid product not being delivered because of a verified technical failure;
- material inability to provide the purchased product;
- situations where a refund is required by applicable law.
Because SiteSEOAudit provides digital services that may become available immediately after purchase, a refund is not automatically guaranteed merely because a customer changes their mind after using or receiving the purchased functionality.
Please review our separate Refund Policy before purchasing.
16. Payment Problems and Chargebacks
If you experience a payment, access, or technical problem, please contact:
before initiating a payment dispute where reasonably possible.
We will make a reasonable effort to investigate legitimate billing and delivery issues.
Abusive, fraudulent, or intentionally false payment disputes may result in account restrictions.
Nothing in this section prevents a customer from exercising rights available under applicable law or through their payment provider.
17. Professional Implementation Services
SiteSEOAudit's automated software products are separate from optional manual services.
SiteSEOAudit paid access does not automatically include:
- manual SEO implementation;
- website development;
- website editing;
- consulting;
- custom technical work;
- Professional Fix services.
Users may separately request help implementing recommendations.
Such professional work may be provided by Web Fly or another agreed provider under separate:
- scope;
- pricing;
- delivery terms;
- payment arrangements;
- refund or cancellation conditions.
Clicking a Professional Fix or implementation request button does not automatically create a paid order.
A separate estimate or agreement is required before professional work begins.
18. No Guarantee of SEO Results
SiteSEOAudit does not guarantee:
- Google rankings;
- rankings in other search engines;
- AI visibility;
- traffic increases;
- revenue increases;
- search engine indexation;
- recovery from a search engine penalty;
- successful implementation of every recommendation;
- any particular commercial outcome.
SEO performance depends on many factors outside SiteSEOAudit's control, including search engine algorithms, competitors, website quality, content, backlinks, technical implementation, market conditions, and user behavior.
19. AI and Recommendation Scores
Where SiteSEOAudit provides an AI-readiness or similar score, that score is a SiteSEOAudit heuristic based on measurable website signals.
Such a score does not guarantee:
- inclusion in AI-generated answers;
- visibility in a particular AI system;
- ranking in a particular AI search product;
- citation by a particular AI provider.
Scores and recommendations should be interpreted as analytical guidance rather than guarantees.
20. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use SiteSEOAudit to:
- violate applicable laws or regulations;
- access systems or information without authorization;
- distribute malware or malicious code;
- bypass website security;
- interfere with SiteSEOAudit infrastructure;
- perform denial-of-service activity;
- intentionally overload third-party websites;
- abuse crawling functionality;
- create unreasonable automated traffic;
- gain unauthorized access to another user's account;
- engage in fraud or deception;
- reverse engineer SiteSEOAudit except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
- resell access without authorization;
- circumvent plan limits or technical controls.
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect SiteSEOAudit, customers, third parties, or infrastructure.
21. Intellectual Property
SiteSEOAudit software, source code, interface, branding, original text, scoring logic, workflows, visual design, reports, and other original platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except for rights expressly granted under these Terms, no ownership rights are transferred to you.
You retain ownership of information and materials that you lawfully provide to SiteSEOAudit.
Third-party website content analyzed through SiteSEOAudit remains the property of its respective owners.
22. License to Use SiteSEOAudit
Subject to these Terms and any applicable usage limits, SiteSEOAudit grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the platform for its intended purposes.
This does not permit you to:
- copy the SiteSEOAudit software;
- reproduce proprietary functionality;
- resell SiteSEOAudit;
- sublicense platform access;
- extract proprietary source code;
- commercially redistribute SiteSEOAudit functionality;
unless expressly permitted in writing or required by applicable law.
23. Availability
We aim to keep SiteSEOAudit available and reliable.
However, uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
The service may temporarily become unavailable due to:
- maintenance;
- software updates;
- infrastructure upgrades;
- security work;
- hosting provider issues;
- external service failures;
- internet outages;
- technical incidents;
- events outside our reasonable control.
Reasonable temporary downtime does not automatically create a right to compensation except where required by applicable law.
24. Changes to the Service
SiteSEOAudit is an actively developed software product.
We may change, improve, add, replace, or discontinue functionality.
Where a change materially affects an already purchased product during its active access period, we will make reasonable efforts to avoid materially reducing the core value of the purchased access.
25. Third-Party Services
SiteSEOAudit may depend on or integrate with third-party services.
These may include:
- hosting providers;
- infrastructure providers;
- email services;
- analytics services;
- payment providers;
- external APIs.
We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, restrictions, or acts of third-party services outside our reasonable control.
Your use of certain third-party services may also be subject to their separate terms.
26. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect SiteSEOAudit and user accounts.
However, no online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You are responsible for:
- protecting your credentials;
- using a secure email account;
- maintaining the security of your own devices;
- promptly reporting suspected account compromise.
27. Disclaimer
SiteSEOAudit provides automated website analysis and optimization information.
It is not intended to provide:
- legal advice;
- financial advice;
- tax advice;
- regulated cybersecurity advice;
- investment advice.
You remain responsible for reviewing recommendations before implementing changes on a production website.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SiteSEOAudit is provided on an “as available” basis.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.
28. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SiteSEOAudit will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
This may include loss of:
- search rankings;
- website traffic;
- revenue;
- profits;
- data;
- business opportunities.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, liability will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Mandatory consumer protection rights remain unaffected.
29. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access where:
- these Terms are materially violated;
- the service is used unlawfully;
- fraudulent activity is detected;
- crawling functionality is abused;
- platform security is threatened;
- another user or third party is harmed;
- payment fraud or chargeback abuse occurs;
- continued access would create material legal or security risk.
You may stop using SiteSEOAudit at any time.
Expiry of a paid access pass does not automatically delete your SiteSEOAudit account.
30. Consumer Rights
Depending on your country, you may have mandatory statutory rights relating to digital products or services.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict rights that cannot legally be waived.
Where mandatory consumer protection law conflicts with a provision of these Terms, the applicable mandatory legal requirement takes precedence.
31. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as SiteSEOAudit, our payment arrangements, functionality, or legal obligations change.
The latest version will be published on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
Where required by applicable law, we may provide additional notice of material changes.
32. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by laws applicable to the operator of SiteSEOAudit, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply in the country where a customer resides.
Nothing in these Terms deprives consumers of mandatory rights provided by applicable law.
Before starting formal proceedings, users are encouraged to contact us so that we can attempt to resolve the matter directly.
