Refund Policy
Effective date: August 23, 2026
Last updated: August 23, 2026
This Refund Policy applies to paid products purchased through SiteSEOAudit.
SiteSEOAudit provides digital SEO auditing software and paid access passes that may become available immediately after successful payment.
SiteSEOAudit is operated by Sergiy Kravchuk, an individual based in Ukraine.
Payments may be processed through Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record and reseller for transactions processed through Paddle Checkout.
1. One-Time Purchases
SiteSEOAudit currently offers paid access as one-time purchases.
The current paid products include:
- Start Pass — 30 days of access
- PRO Pass — 30 days of access
These products are not automatically renewing subscriptions.
When you purchase a paid pass:
- you are charged once;
- paid access is provided for 30 days;
- there is no automatic renewal;
- there is no recurring charge;
- you are not automatically charged again when your access expires.
If you want continued paid access after the 30-day period, you may purchase another access pass.
2. General Refund Policy
Because SiteSEOAudit provides digital software access that may be activated immediately after payment, completed purchases are generally non-refundable unless:
- a refund is required by applicable law;
- the product was not delivered as described;
- a verified technical problem prevented delivery of the purchased access;
- the customer was charged incorrectly;
- the customer was charged more than once for the same intended purchase;
- SiteSEOAudit or Paddle approves a refund based on the circumstances.
Refund requests are reviewed individually.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
3. When a Refund May Be Approved
A full or partial refund may be considered in circumstances including:
Duplicate Payment
You were unintentionally charged more than once for the same intended purchase.
Incorrect Charge
The amount charged was materially different from the amount displayed and accepted at checkout, excluding correctly calculated taxes or currency conversion.
Product Not Delivered
Payment was successfully completed but the purchased SiteSEOAudit access was not activated because of a verified technical failure.
Material Technical Failure
A significant SiteSEOAudit technical problem prevented you from using the core functionality included in your purchased access pass and we were unable to restore reasonable access.
Product Materially Not as Described
The paid product delivered to you was materially different from the product description presented before purchase.
Mandatory Consumer Rights
Applicable consumer protection law requires a refund, cancellation, withdrawal, repair, replacement, or other remedy.
Other refund requests may also be considered on a case-by-case basis.
4. Situations That Normally Do Not Qualify for a Refund
Unless required by applicable law or approved based on the circumstances, refunds are normally not provided solely because:
- you changed your mind after purchasing and using the product;
- you no longer need an SEO audit;
- you did not use all available audits or crawl limits;
- you did not use the product during the full 30-day access period;
- you disagree with an SEO score, finding, or recommendation;
- you expected a different search engine ranking result;
- your Google rankings did not improve;
- your website traffic did not increase;
- your revenue did not increase;
- an SEO recommendation requires additional work to implement;
- you purchased a pass but later decided that another SiteSEOAudit access level would have been more suitable.
SEO results depend on many factors outside SiteSEOAudit's control, and purchasing SiteSEOAudit does not guarantee rankings, traffic, revenue, indexation, or any specific commercial result.
5. Technical Problems
If you experience a technical problem with a paid SiteSEOAudit product, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
In many cases, we may be able to:
- restore your access;
- correct the account status;
- repeat an affected audit;
- restore usage that was incorrectly consumed;
- correct a technical error;
- provide another reasonable solution.
Please contact:
When contacting us, please include:
- the email address associated with your SiteSEOAudit account;
- the approximate purchase date;
- the purchased product;
- a description of the problem;
- the relevant website URL where appropriate.
Please do not send full credit card information by email.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund relating to SiteSEOAudit, contact:
Please provide enough information for us to identify the purchase and understand the reason for your request.
You may also contact Paddle through its buyer support service for payment-related assistance.
Submitting a refund request does not automatically guarantee that the request will be approved.
A request may be reviewed based on factors including:
- the reason for the request;
- whether the purchased product was delivered;
- product usage;
- account activity;
- technical logs;
- payment information;
- applicable consumer protection law;
- Paddle's applicable buyer and refund terms.
7. Paddle Refund Processing
Where payment was processed through Paddle, Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for the transaction.
Refunds for Paddle transactions are processed through Paddle rather than being paid directly by SiteSEOAudit to the buyer.
Paddle may:
- review refund requests;
- issue full refunds;
- issue partial refunds;
- process mandatory consumer refunds;
- investigate suspected fraud or refund abuse;
- handle payment disputes and chargebacks.
If SiteSEOAudit agrees that a refund should be issued for a Paddle transaction, the refund will be submitted for processing through Paddle.
Paddle may also provide refunds or other remedies independently where required by applicable law or under its applicable buyer terms.
8. Refund Method and Processing Time
Approved refunds are normally returned using the original payment method where possible.
The time required for a refund to appear in your account may depend on:
- Paddle;
- your payment method;
- your bank;
- your card issuer;
- your country.
SiteSEOAudit cannot control processing times imposed by banks, card networks, payment providers, or other financial institutions.
9. Effect of a Refund
If a paid SiteSEOAudit purchase is refunded, access associated with that purchase may be:
- terminated;
- downgraded;
- removed;
- adjusted to reflect a partial refund.
Any unused paid allowances associated exclusively with the refunded purchase may also be removed.
Your underlying SiteSEOAudit account may remain available at the Free level unless it has been suspended or terminated for another reason.
10. Consumer Withdrawal Rights
Customers in some countries may have statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights for online purchases.
For example, consumers in certain European jurisdictions may have a statutory withdrawal period.
However, applicable law may allow the right of withdrawal for digital content or digital services to be affected once:
- delivery begins immediately;
- the customer expressly requests or consents to immediate performance; and
- the customer acknowledges the applicable effect on their withdrawal right.
Where mandatory consumer law grants you stronger rights than this Refund Policy, those mandatory rights apply.
11. Fraud and Refund Abuse
Refunds may be refused where legally permitted if there is evidence of:
- fraud;
- deliberate refund abuse;
- repeated abusive refund requests;
- manipulation of usage limits;
- unauthorized payment activity;
- intentional misuse of SiteSEOAudit;
- false or misleading claims relating to a transaction.
SiteSEOAudit and Paddle may restrict access where reasonably necessary to investigate or prevent fraudulent activity.
Nothing in this section limits legitimate consumer rights or the right to dispute an unauthorized transaction.
12. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you believe a legitimate payment or product delivery problem has occurred, we encourage you to contact:
before initiating a chargeback where reasonably possible.
This gives us an opportunity to investigate and resolve issues such as:
- duplicate transactions;
- failed access activation;
- incorrect account status;
- technical errors.
Paddle handles payment disputes and chargebacks for transactions where Paddle acts as Merchant of Record.
Fraudulent or intentionally abusive chargebacks may result in restriction of SiteSEOAudit access.
13. Professional Services
This Refund Policy primarily applies to SiteSEOAudit's automated digital products and paid access passes.
Optional professional implementation services, including services provided by Web Fly, are separate from SiteSEOAudit Start and PRO passes.
Professional services may have separate:
- scope;
- pricing;
- payment arrangements;
- cancellation terms;
- refund conditions.
Requesting an implementation estimate does not automatically create a paid order.
The applicable terms for professional services will be communicated separately before paid work begins.
14. Changes to This Refund Policy
We may update this Refund Policy as SiteSEOAudit, our products, payment arrangements, or applicable legal requirements change.
The current version will be published on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
The refund terms and mandatory legal rights applicable at the time of a transaction will be taken into account when reviewing a refund request.
